Cancellation Terms Hotel Rooms

Peak/Off Peak Tariff - Should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit, of 1 night, can be carried forward for up to 3 months.

Saver Tariff - Should you need to cancel your booking, 2 nights accommodation charges will be retained.

To make a booking: Confirm availability with us by telephoning Reservations (01262) 675347

​

Please pay a deposit of £100.00 to secure your booking. Your initial deposit is a non-returnable booking fee covering the administrative costs that we incur in processing your reservation. This forms part of your total payment to us.

​

Ten weeks before your arrival (or at the time of booking if it is made less than ten weeks before your arrival) payment or the full amount for your booking, less deposit paid, is required. If you do not we have the right to cancel your reservation and retain your non-returnable booking fee.

We will send you, either electronically, or by post, a Confirmation showing you the price for your break and any additional charges. It will also contain details on the confirmation carefully. If any of the details are wrong, or change, especially your address, please inform us.

Generally:

All our accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

Our accommodation is self-catering, although meals can be booked at the Expanse Hotel if required.

No pets are allowed (except registered help dogs).

Arrival: From 3pm

Departure: By 11am

You should use your accommodation with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure. We reserved the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, missing items or damage.

Wi-fi is provide free, but is not guaranteed. 

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people indicated occupy any property

To cancel a booking:

Please inform us as soon as you are able if you wish to cancel your accommodation. This should be done initially by telephone to Reservations

(01262) 675347 and confirmed by either letter or email reservations@expanse.co.uk quoting your reservation number.

If the cancellation is made more 10 weeks before arrival then your non-returnable booking fee will be retained. 

8 to 10 weeks prior 50% of the total charge for accommodation

4 to 7 weeks prior 75% of the total charge for accommodation less than 4 weeks, 100%

The Secret Garden*

This unique, get away from it all, apartment, is on the ground floor, overlooking a quiet residential street and is disabled friendly (not disabled equipped). It has outside decking, but no balcony.
